Forms.md

Forms.md (formerly Blocks.md) is a developer-first, open source form builder that lets you define forms entirely in Markdown and host them on any static site. It is a lightweight alternative to Typeform and Tally for technical teams that prefer to keep form definitions in their codebase.

Each form is a single Markdown file, which makes it easy to version, review in pull requests, and deploy alongside a static site or docs portal. Submissions are written directly to a Google Sheet via the Google Sheets API, so there is no database to operate and responses land where you already work.

Released under Apache-2.0, Forms.md is well suited to developer surveys, internal feedback widgets, and lightweight lead-capture forms that need a Typeform-style conversational flow without the per-month fees.
