APITable is an open source low-code platform positioned as a powerful Airtable alternative. It combines a familiar spreadsheet-style database with kanban, gallery, calendar, and Gantt views, plus an embedded automation engine and dashboard builder.
Every row, column, and view in APITable is automatically exposed through a REST API and webhooks, making it a popular choice for building internal tools, customer portals, and lightweight CRM systems. A visual form builder, page designer, and AI assistant round out the feature set.
APITable is fully self-hostable via Docker and ships with role-based access control, SSO, and audit logs. The community edition is free under AGPL-3.0, while a hosted cloud edition and an enterprise tier with advanced security features are available for teams that need them.
