Delta Chat is a decentralized private messenger that uses existing email infrastructure for communication. Instead of creating yet another siloed messaging network, it builds on top of the worlds largest federated communication system: email. Messages are encrypted with Autocrypt and can optionally use end-to-end encryption via OpenPGP. Delta Chat works with any email account, requires no phone number, and supports group chats, voice messages, file sharing, and even chat-shared tools and games. It is available on Desktop (Electron), Android, and iOS.
