Ever Gauzy

Ever Gauzy ships a web app for browsers, an Electron desktop app for Linux, macOS, and Windows, a mobile app built with NativeScript for iOS and Android, and browser extensions for time tracking. All components share one NestJS-based API backend.

The tracker records time on projects and tasks and can capture periodic screenshots, count mouse and keyboard activity, and log which applications are being used. Managers see activity dashboards and screen captures alongside timesheets, and employees can configure how much of this monitoring is enabled.

In addition to local email sign-in, Ever Gauzy supports social login through Google, GitHub, Facebook, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Apple, and Twitter, two-factor authentication with a TOTP authenticator app, magic links, and email verification for new accounts.

The platform exposes an OpenAPI-described REST API (also callable via the Hub API gateway),encrypts data in PostgreSQL behind TypeORM, and integrates with Upwork, Hubstaff, Jira, GitHub, and payment providers such as Stripe for invoicing and payments. Webhooks and an n8n integration are available for automation.

Yes. The repository provides Docker Compose files and Docker images for PostgreSQL and Redis-backed deployments, plus a Kubernetes setup for production. You need Node.js running the NestJS API, a PostgreSQL database, and Redis; the web and API apps can also be scaled behind a load balancer.
