OpenReplay

OpenReplay is an open source session replay, co-browsing, and product analytics platform. It is a popular self-hostable alternative to Hotjar, FullStory, and LogRocket for product teams that want rich behavioural insights without sending user data to a third-party SaaS.

OpenReplay captures every DOM change, network request, console log, and exception, and ships with funnels, dashboards, feature flags, and an AI assistant for searching through recordings. A built-in co-browsing mode lets support and product teams join a user’s session live, with optional masked input for sensitive data.

Released under an Elastic-style license and available as a Docker stack, OpenReplay is well suited to privacy-conscious product teams, fintech apps, and companies that need to keep user session data on their own infrastructure for compliance reasons.
