Streak
Minimal, private, ad-free habit tracker for Android with streak tracking, focus sessions, and GitHub-style activity grids.

Streak is an open-source habit tracker for Android that prioritizes privacy and simplicity. Log habits with a single tap, build streaks, and track your progress through GitHub-style activity grids, calendar views, and detailed statistics. All data stays on your device — no accounts, no ads, no tracking, and no network backend.
The app supports three habit types (normal, avoid, and amount), flexible schedules, checklists, focus sessions with Pomodoro timers, and day notes with photo attachments. It offers three distinct design themes, customizable home-screen widgets, and per-habit reminders. Streak can import data from Loop Habit Tracker, HabitKit, Habitica, and HabitBull, making migration straightforward.
Available on F-Droid, IzzyOnDroid, and GitHub Releases, Streak runs on Android 9 and newer. The project is translated into seven languages with more in progress via Weblate.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which platforms does Streak support?
Streak is available exclusively for Android devices running Android 9 (Pie) or newer. There is no iOS, web, or desktop version. The app can be installed from F-Droid, IzzyOnDroid, OpenAPK, or directly from GitHub Releases as an APK.
Can I import my data from other habit trackers?
Yes. Streak includes built-in importers for Loop Habit Tracker, HabitKit, Habitica, and HabitBull, preserving your history and streaks. It also accepts generic CSV files as long as they contain a habit name and date column. Import is available under Settings > Data > Import from another app.
Does Streak work offline?
Streak is fully offline by design. It has no analytics, no advertising SDK, and no network backend. All habit data and settings remain on your device. The only outbound actions are links you choose to open yourself.
What types of habits can I track?
Streak supports three habit types: normal (daily habits you want to build), avoid (habits you want to break, with relapse tracking), and amount (habits with a custom unit and daily goal, such as drinking water or exercise minutes). You can also split a habit into checklists with subtasks.
Does Streak have home-screen widgets?
Yes, Streak provides four home-screen widgets: habit, today, stats, and activity grid. Each widget is independently customizable with color or photo backgrounds, opacity, and border options. You can tick off habits directly from a widget without opening the app.
