Better-PaaS
Self-hostable PaaS for deploying full-stack apps and databases with zero downtime, auto HTTPS, and Docker support.
Better-PaaS is an open-source, self-hostable Platform as a Service (PaaS) that simplifies deploying and managing full-stack applications and databases. You only need an SSH connection to manage VPS, bare metal, Raspberry Pis, or any Linux host.
It supports zero-downtime deployments with automatic health checks and rollback capabilities. Caddy handles automatic HTTPS with Let's Encrypt certificates and custom domains. Git-based auto-deploy with webhook integration and HMAC validation streamlines the CI/CD workflow.
Better-PaaS includes managed databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MySQL) with an interactive database explorer, per-app metrics, scheduled cron jobs, persistent volumes, and real-time log streaming. It also features web analytics, on-demand and scheduled backups, Slack/webhook deployment notifications, and hardened security with AES-256-GCM encryption and brute-force protection.
