Coolify
An open-source, self-hostable PaaS alternative to Vercel, Heroku and Netlify — deploy apps, databases and one-click services on your own servers.
Coolify is an open-source, self-hostable platform for deploying applications, databases, and services on servers you control — a direct alternative to Vercel, Heroku, Netlify, Railway, and Render. You only need an SSH connection: a VPS, Raspberry Pi, bare-metal box, or any server from major cloud providers will do. The recommended setup runs one server for Coolify itself and one or more servers for your deployed resources, and your configurations stay on your own hardware.
The platform builds and deploys from GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, or Gitea using Nixpacks, Railpack, Dockerfiles, Docker Compose, or prebuilt images — with automatic deployments on every Git push, pull-request previews, webhooks, and rollbacks to retained images. It handles custom domains and automatic HTTPS certificates through its integrated reverse proxy, runs managed databases and a library of 300+ one-click services with persistent storage and generated credentials, and takes care of scheduled backups to S3-compatible storage, environment variables, secrets, and health checks.
Day-to-day operations happen through the web dashboard, which covers multi-server management, real-time resource monitoring, deployment and runtime logs, in-browser container terminals, and notifications via Discord, Telegram, and email. Everything can also be driven over the REST API, the CLI, or an MCP server for AI assistants, with team-based access controls built in.
Coolify is aimed at developers and teams who want professional deployment tooling with full infrastructure ownership and no per-seat SaaS pricing. Self-hosted Coolify is free and open source; the hosted Coolify Cloud is a paid service for teams who prefer not to maintain the platform themselves.
