SALARY-2045

A self-hosted dividend portfolio tracker built with Flask that helps long-term investors track passive income, portfolio health, and progress toward financial independence.

SALARY-2045 is a self-hosted dividend portfolio tracker designed for young investors building a passive income portfolio. It runs entirely on your machine with no subscriptions or cloud dependencies.

The app provides a comprehensive dashboard for tracking dividend income and portfolio health:

  • Overview: Live portfolio snapshot with total value, annual dividend income, yield on cost, forward yield, and beta vs S&P 500.
  • Holdings: Per-position breakdown with current price, gain/loss, dividend yield, annual income, payout ratio, and dividend safety score.
  • Diversification: Sector and industry allocation charts to identify concentration risk.
  • Income: Annual and monthly dividend breakdown by holding with historical trends.
  • Calendar: 12-month forward projection of expected dividend payments.
  • Goals: Set annual passive income targets and track milestone progress.
  • Performance: Portfolio returns vs benchmark over time.
  • Dividend Predictor: 12-quarter forward projection using historical CAGR with adjustable growth assumptions.
  • Stock Deep-Dive: Per-stock financials including revenue, net income, EPS, FCF, payout history, profit margins, and analyst estimates.

Data is sourced from yfinance and Alpha Vantage (free tier). The app caches financial data for 90 days to avoid redundant API calls. Docker support is included for easy deployment.

Compared to Personal Capital / Empower, SALARY-2045 is focused specifically on dividend income tracking and forward projections rather than broad net worth aggregation. It keeps all your financial data local and private.
